After more than 20 years of management experience blended with the dynamics of distinct sectors across different geographies of the world, today I have the pride of shaping industrial facility solutions as the founder and General Manager of Aces Process. Having been personally present in 10 different countries throughout my career, the business models and cultural approaches I experienced first-hand are the greatest source of our "local solutions at global standards" philosophy that forms the cornerstone of Aces Process today.

I believe an endless passion for learning lies at the foundation of successful leadership. Over the 15+ years I devoted to my personal development and academic background, I combined technical knowledge with management science by completing my bachelor's degree with honours.

From Europe's disciplined production mindset to North America's technological vision, I hold a comprehensive market and product research competence gained from managing projects across a broad field. This has made Aces Process not merely a machinery manufacturer, but a strategic solution partner supporting the profitability and growth of its business partners.

Today I use the leadership skills I have developed over the years to build high-performing teams. For me, leadership is not just managing a company; it is inspiring a team with a shared passion and, through that synergy, creating value for our customers.
